Bad Low Press A/C hose

Just to confirm, I just had the dealer replace my low pressure A/C hose. It was leaking at the connection by the oil dipstick. Does anyone make a decent aftermarket hose that will last?

I purchased my 04 almost two years ago with the 4 year extended warranty.I noticed my A/C is blowing warm air, is this covered with the extended warranty?

You can possibly rent or buy a leak trace kit for a/c. We used a black light type device to trace down the pin holes. Then we knew what to buy parts wise.

Left the dealer yesterday and it was the low pressure hose that needed to be replaced. It was covered under the extended warranty. But tech said the system needed to be evacuated and recharged with 30 lbs of refigerant. Cost of $189 bucks.Guess they still had to get me for something. Oh, by the way my drivers side strut needs to be replaced again within a year and a half. Dealer was out of the part and have to order. The Maxima struts sucks!
