Need front bumper advice

Guys, I'm about finished with my performance mods. I have the UDP and Cattman B-pipe left to install and then on to the exterior appearance of the vehicle. But I'm torn between the protype aka RLM bumper and the GTR bumper. I wanted to get one or the other bumper and install stillen side and rear bumper pieces. I plan on painting the grille black and LED rear brake lights. Considering I have 18" gun metal rims which bumper would look better with the wheels? GTR or RLM?

GTR is the way to go, you do not want a fiberglass bumper on your car. Wait for the 1.2 version in Jan, or you could buy mine!!!!

I really have to disagree. But the GTR is much nicer. It'll look good on your ride.

Jsmith,
I heard the 1.2 should fit cars that are dropped. I'll wait. I just need to find a place to buy the metal screen to match the grille then. Any ideas where to start?

Zuko, one word, Zoloft. Chew it, it will kick in much faster.

Yeah I disagree as well, way to broad of an assumption. I have been involved in the development and design of both the RLM and GTR bumpers and I think we have dine a good job in making them clean and tasteful...not sure what mods you have but there are a lot of other mods that are waaay more rice than a clean body kit. It's mot like we are designing this:

Yes it will measure to be the same as my cut down RLM, which is still low for me considering that I am on coils. But it will be fine as long as you know how to drive a lowered car. But I am excited just to get away from fiberglass plus I have been running that bumper now for almost 4 years, time for change...

Still no pics of your ride... Its funny, you come on the forums and seem amazed and upset that people mods their cars IE: Body kits, Cf hood, Rims, Etc. Etc. ...

To the O.P. , I would for sure go w/ the GTR V1.2 ... Edgar is a great guy and has AMAZING customer service..

RLM is nice as well

Being a d!ck on the boards is not helpful. Everyone has different taste, no ones disrespecting your taste, you should be cool about others...

Just not my cup of tea. I'm set on either the GTR or RLM.

Any idea where mesh that matches the stillen grille can be purchased?

Yeah Zuko, I think you pay way too close attention to Fastmax05's postings. I think we may have a stalker, a rude one at that...just sell your car and go somewhere else.

I just wish I could get a lead into finding the matching metal mesh to fill out the bottom of the bumper. I think I'll call Stillen and see what I can find out. I'll post what I find.

Guys, sometimes people post in here to get the response you're giving them. I used to manage my own vbBulletin. They're everywhere. Some people just have issues and need constant attention. You could contribute that to Daddy or Mommy issues. Who knows. You could ultimately ignore them, wait for them to burst with the uncontrollable need to have attention, lash out and then get banned from the org.

My old vbBulletin app had an IP block. Maybe one day his IP will be on that list.

fwiw most cosmetic mods regardless of cost are looked down upon in all automobile circles and called rice/wheat/etc.

anywho i say GTR bumper. urethane is the way to go! personally i'd get new rims before a bodykit but do what you like.
