Ok So is mine also a timing chain tensioner issue?? I need feedback plzz

I know there has been tons of posts on this lately. After reading a couple of guys on here experiencing this, I took a video of my engine just now.

At 3K revs, 4-4.5K, 2K, and just taps. I think I hear the whistle
I Need your intput and tell me whether i am being paranoid because I am at 58K or there is indeed a whistle sound.

Any feedback appreciated.

I do RP change every 5K. My last oil service (where I believe they change the oil filter every time) was not but 3 weeks ago.
