That looks almost perfect, I'd say to cancel out the day-time running orange bulb. Put some black electric tape on one of the little diodes on the bulb, since it's a two-way bulb; turn signal and day-time running.

I have these bulbs in my 6th gen fogs. You'll notice too after you switch the bulbs or replace them that they actually stain the reflector. I just had to change mine that blew in October for a Massachusetts Inspection sticker, and the lights are still very yellow with 35w clear sylvania's. Otherwise they're awesome bulbs and lasted almost 2 years.

Thanks for the idea, I'm gonna see if I can find yellow for the turn signal and day time bulb.

Nice pics Kevin007. I have the same bulbs in my fogs as well and they're great.

Has anyone with an 07 or 08 tried to swap out the parking light bulbs? They're accessible under the hood, but when you turn them the harness hits a support bracket. Is it possible to swap them without pulling the whole headlamp out?

Yes you can install the bulbs without taking the headlights out. I just ordered the hyper yellow parking lights I will install them today.
You have to move the factory airbox the left side is the hardest the harness does touch the bracket but with the airbox removed you have room to work with the harness it will come out. The right side is a lot easier remove the coolant overflow tank and the harness comes right out because your turning it counterclockwise to remove it does'nt touch the bracket. I pulled the bulbs out on Sunday just waitng to pop in the hyperyellow when they come in today.

Do both bulbs turn counterclockwise? I have my airbox out and can access the harness on the driver's side but it only turns until the harness hits the bracket. Did you wiggle it out from there or were you able to turn it all the way until it came out?

They turn counterclosewise and you have to wiggle it out.

Very clean. Where did you get the bulbs? I picked up some hyper white parking light bulbs on ebay and they didn't look very good. They were a little dim and too blue.

I told my wife I was going to be in the garage for 10 minutes to swap out some bulbs and ended up coming back into the house an hour later. I was able to pull out the parking light on the driver side by wiggling it out but wasn't able to get it back in. How did you do it? I ended up dropping the bumper and pulling out the headlight to get it in.

Thanks !I picked them up from a local shop in MD called HP Racing. I was able to get my lights in without removing the bumper I just keep moving it in different directions and it popped in it took about 40minutes but it works.
