Any strut bearings available other than oem??

I read every thread on the search tool with "strut bearings" and I couldn't find anything.

I Just got yet another diagnosis on the knocking sound I Have and it is definitely my "bearings" in the front.

I looked up KYB's since I Have all KYB struts and shocks but seem not to find any for a 2006 nissan maxima.
I did find this oem one for 27 bucks each for front upper bearing.
Is this good deal? Any other choice or do I have to live with this oem?

Really?

Buy the KYB strut mounts. They come with bearings. I don't think they are sold seperately.

Good point.
I guess I Have to change the strut mount on the left as well. I changed the right since first mechanic isolated the sound to front right..but still knocking noise.

KYB reps told me knocking could come from sway bar end links. Does anyone know how hard it is to install endlinks?. I am already on the racingline performance website LLOL
