Has anyone had this problem?
My clear coat on my bumper is peeling right under my right taillight.
Has anyone had this problem?
I don't know if there is anything I can do to fix it but to get it stripped and repainted?
Is there any recalls?
Sorry, I am new to this whole forum thing and I just bought my Maxima 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Thanks,

To answer you question, not too many members with peeling under the light on the bumper. Must be more to that bumpers history.

- OK, do you have a digital camera?
- Do you have a camera phone?
- If the answer to any of the above are yes you can open a free account on Photobucket or other picture host sites and upload your pictures.
- You have more than 15 posts which means not only can you start a thread (which you did) you can post pictures.
- 1 picture is worth a thousand words
- Don't be so thick skinned
- If you need help on how to post pictures I'll help

in order to post pictures you need to upload them somewhere on the web, imageshack.com or photobucket.com (or similar)
then copy the url of the photo ex. then you simply click on the inset image icon shown above and paste the URL of the image into it. Done

hmmmmmmmm...
judging by the pictures, it looks more like left over wax residue. If it is peeling paint or top coat, you may have to take it to a shop for them to fix it. I'm not sure if the dealer would cover that since your car is 4-5 yrs old now.
It might be a simple fix. Machine buff and clear coat....
