New to the Forum
"I can't believe I finally made it to 15 post."I would like to formally introduce myself to the forum. My handle is max05 and this past January I purchased my dream car ... a 2005 Black/Black Maxima SE. She has every thing except the NAS.
Since my purchase, I have tinted the windows (which will be retinted soon), added DRAG Rims and a wind deflector. I hope to maybe add a Billet Grille, new tail pipes, a front tag bracket, a license plate bezel and maybe chrome the door handles.
I am very pleased to have found this site and hope to learn a lot from all of you.

Yeah. Guilty as charged. I just hope my bank account can stand it.
It feels funny saying welcome as I haven't even reached my 15 posts yet to make my own thread on this matter. But glad to know I am not the only one who purchased and 05 Max recently. Just two weeks ago I bought a 2005 Smoke Color Max 3.5SE. Only mods I have done to it are white LED footwell lights (may change to blue) and I just purchased my C-Mod AT-F (fake) grill from ebay just now. Can't wait to install it.

I should also mention I am a previous owner of (gasp) a Black 95 Ford Explorer Limited Edition. She served me well for 175K and then the tranny died. So this maxima is a breathe of fresh air in terms of speed, reliability, features, and gas mileage.

lucky u n congrats, I jus joined n its feels like its gonna take forever. Congrats to u by the way n thanks to the senior members for all their post they're very helpfull. I havent been this excited about my new car since my first. ( ex honda junkie)

Im also new here. I ve had my maxima over a yr now but tax season is here!This month I will go all out with a catback exhaust, headers and a zex wet NITROUS kit! Right now all I have is the NISMO CAI and engine gounding wire.

welcome aboard i am not that new but really just started posting i have 2 2004 maxima one white and one silver i will start getting pics up soon as the weather breaks im from roanoke rapids nc I am looking to put 2007 front end on the silver and some staggered 22" wheels right now it stock but i have 20" wheels on the white max

NEED HELP!
ok, here's the story, i bouth my 04 max se about 6months ago, 'm in love with the car i bought the 6 speed and it's a lot faster that i thought for only 268hp, it has 72,000 miles on it. ok here's where i need the help. i like racing my car so far is 100% stock i've raced mustang gts even the new charger daytona and so far i've beat them by more than 4 car lenghts, but i see now a lot of people are buying the new pontiac g8 gt, i think it has around 350hp but so does the daytona and i still beat it, now do you guys think i could beat the new g8 too, or should i start thinking about nitrous? if so how big of a shot? i dont want to brake my car but i've heard nitrous can be very safe as long as it's done right....... what do you recomend? ... thanks

U have to wait till u have 15 posts, then start ur OWN thread. Its a much more effective way of getting help
and search around first, all this info has been covered somewhere on the site, don't just jack someones' thread. Or do it the right way and get involved int he forum and get your post count rolling (no post whoring) and then start your OWN thread with your questions...welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard, but remember not to talk about street racing on this forum.
Since it has been winter for a while I imagine most tracks around the country have been shutdown for winter so what kind of racing are you talking about.......? HAHAH, sorry my work side is coming out. I Kid I Kid.
