I want to upgrade my suspension, and after doing some research this is what I've come up with. Should I also look into the Energy Suspension Bushings or will the endlinks come with them???

I don't want to upgrade the struts or springs becuase I do alot of city driving, and the ride is harsh enough already. Any and all opinions are welcome

nismo shift kit (34101-b15s5) - if anyone knows does this kit come with the piece to keep the shifter roughly in the same original position???
