09 Stock Wheels

I've been noticing alot of stock 09 "19" Max wheels with the Goodyears for sale on Ebay, can you just put these on a 04 SE without any modifications?

Yes, its already been done by 2 guys here, Coolmax05 and someone else on the org, but I cant remember their name. I think coolmax added spacers for his car and I think the other guy is going to add spacers.

Yes they will bolt right up. The problem is the offset which happens to be +50mm. They barely clear the front brake calipers but they do clear.

With +25mm spacers they fit just right (nice and flush).

You're better off buying wheels that fit correctly.

Spacers FTL.

Depending on the price what KC is saying is true. Good spacers run about $250 for (4).

Also, M35/45 19" wheels would look good as well, but then again you're still faced with +50mm offset wheels.

With new tires/semi new tires I would not pay over $800 shipped. There are definetly much nicer looking wheels out there that are already chromed with a nice +35mm offset.

The one thing about factory wheels that is attractive is the fact they are "lubcentric".

I don't want any rim that I can't drive really fast and aggressive on.

Hub rings are a must with aftermarket wheels, without them you (may) get vibrations.

This thread is about having the wrong offset, therefore needing spacers.

It has nothing to do with hubcentric rings.
