Hey guys, just wanted to show you an update of my car. I got my body kit Tuesday at 5:30 and fitted, prepped, masked, painted and installed in 21 hours
. It may not be some people's style but I like it. The color was also a litttle off also but it's not too noticeable. I mean, I did do everything myself so I didn't expect a professional job. Let me know what you guys think.

I like the kit, a nice fit with those wheels.
But if I'm being honest, the color match is off enough that you're going to get the raised eyebrow from most that see it.
That's the thing with a kit like this, you want it to look factory installed and painted, what you got is a great looking kit, and a rice paintjob.
Just keepin' it real, yo; I'd repaint it with a closer match.

I like the black and white mixtures on the kit, and the paint - it is noticable but to me I would have to see it in person and its prolly only noticable cuz u mentioned it. Most pics taken never give justice.
Wow, I did not think that the paint was that bad but I guess so. I plan to get it painted right over time, I really wanted to see how the color scheme was gonna turn out. Paint only cost me around $150 so I wasn't too worried about it. I got quoted $700 from a couple of shops for the same color scheme.
Thanks for the compliments.

Congrads bro, definately looks good. MadMax is right, paint is a little, but only noticeable when you stare at it. But anyways, congrads on the kit!

Wow kit is sick... are those Unfadablemax;s wheels?
they look sick regardless and was wondering on the rear bumper where u did like the black valence it looks crooked? the left side higher then the righT?

Now is this the kit that is trimmed a little shorter to help avoid scraping?
BTW for $150, looks fine. Hard to tell the diff in pics, you shouldn't have said anything and then see who would have noticed.

, its my design after all, I can beat any advertised price just in case anyone else is interested.
, since I made the mistake of not paying a little extra money to get the full rights for the kit, now anyone can sell it.

Well we all learn from our mistakes, just make sure to get the rights for the 07-08 lip Originally Posted by MAX2DAMAX

No they're not Unfadablemax's wheels but I did get the idea from him and I love them. As for the rear valence, I think it's just how I angled the camera because it seems straight to me.Originally Posted by Mb23bca

Yeah, the front bumper seems to be pretty short compared to everything else. Thanks for the compliment.Originally Posted by Apollos2

I'm pretty sure it is. There were a few areas where it didn't mold right, and it didn't have that crease where the fender goes around the wheel well, but overall it still looked pretty good. You can't really expect too much considering its fiberglass(duraflex).Originally Posted by NiZMo1o1

looks reall good! for $150 i would expect that.. doesn't look bad unless you really stare at it though.. i would invest in a better paint job later on the future but thats just me.. but i like the panda look going.. keep it up
Looks great. Nice unique paint on the side skirt and rear bumper. Really sharp looking car!! Change the grill though soon.

Honestly, that looks really good! Seriously... when I saw the title I was like it might look like some bird poop but that is seriously hott.. I like the way the car flows and Pear White is my ultimate favorite color. Good job, very creative! How much did the setup cost BTW, I was think about putting on a body kit one day.Originally Posted by kronickz
