HID Adjustment

Need a lil help..

I replaced my HID bulbs and cant get one of them back straight so im relying on Nissan. The driver side bulb is n correctly but glaring directly on the ground..Prob is im getting mixed signals from Nissan..
One dealership tells me they can adjust them for like $40 while another dealership (a closer one) the service tech tells me 'there is no adjustment' even tho . The other side is perfect.. What am i missing?

If there is an adjustment anyone can tell me how so i can do it myself?

Sorry that I don't have a better picture of this but this is what adjusts it up and down.

Open your hood and look down from the top of your headlight assembly. You're going to see a channel that leads to this silver screw. Stick a phillips head screw driver down there and twist to the right to lower the beam and left to raise it. Really simple to do.

The hypersprite article recommends the exact opposite of what you are saying. Which one is right?

I very well may have gotten it backwards. It's been a long time since I've had to adjust my headlights. You can see if you are turning it the right way by looking at where the beam is while you're screwing with it.

I dont see why after replacing a bulb it would aim down. You did something wrong.
