so i just bought my gr2 and im trying to install them. im having trouble getting the bolt off that holds the mount from the oem shock. anybody know a way of getting this off. need help asap. my car is on jack stands right now. thanks

Compress the springs..

 

you should have loosened it before you removed the strut from the chasis. The torque spec are low for the strut shaft bolt.
