So i was driving to LA the other day, some guy cut me off.. I hit my horn so that he didnt hit me...gues i hit it tooo hard LOL... welll... i looked down at the dash and the light came on.. shows a person w/ an airbag and a Slash through it... I think might have Dislodged something..

anyone have any imput?

 

Ya should'a hit him. Then his insurance would have replaced the airbag and you wouldn't have this problem...

I have the same light on as we speak. I think it just has to be reset. I am planning on taking my car to the dealership for them to do it.

 

Keep me posted... im out of my dealership warranty by 6k miles...

I just bought a us fidelis warranty but i have 20 more days in my 60 days probation period, so i can make any claims etc....

Worst part IT FLASHES lol

 

With it flashing/staying lit, the airbags wont deploy.

My van does the same thing. Tracked it down to somrthing in the passenger side seatbelt buckle.

might have broken something in the steering wheel airbag or knocked it loose. would make sense?

 

yep.. thats what im thinking... not happy about no airbag LOL

 

I thought you were getting rid of the max...at least you wont get burned in the face when it goes off

 

I was going to .. but then found out how much the car is worth, NOTHING.. and changed my mind.. just keep it and get a warranty and some new mods LOL..
