Positive Battery Terminal Replacement?

I need to know what everyone has been using to replace the positive battery terminal. Mine has corroded so much that I can't use it now. I searched online but I can't seem to find a similar part on any auto part website. I see the universal types but they don't look like they would fit the maxima.

The cable. I went to Autozone and got one. I was expecting it to look like oem but it didn't but I got it to work.

Just watching it you'd probably say you won't attempt it.It looks hard but you could find some digital battery terminal off of ebay but you'd have to find someone who would be able to replace it for you
