engine swap

Lets say hypothetically that someone were wanting to swap out their vq35 and swap it for something more along the lines of a cobra engine? something like that? you know 351w/400hp cobra engine. Would i t be possible despite the fact that the car is fwd and now your making it rwd? and on top of that what major mods (excluding usual engine swapping mods) would have to be done in such a procedure?

remember all just hypothetical just out of curiosity...

Hypothetically, I would suggest to that person to just buy a Cobra.

Cobra engine wouldn't fit in a fwd layout, and going rwd will be way too much work and money, rather just boost the vq.

Hypothetically, this would be a good thread if it were about something else.

I have heard of fwd cars being converted to rears, but it would take an enormous budget and simply wouldnt be worth it. I wonder though if the 370Z motor would accept fwd motor mounts and all the other fwd stuff? Id take 332 hp to start, wouldnt you?
