engine bay plastic

i am thinking of getting the plastic pieces in the engine bay on my 07 maxima replaced with fiber carbon on all of them. would anyone be interested in this project if i had them made and when done, post pics? keep in mind, mine would be modified to fit over racingline tower brace and kinetix manifold, and fan shroud modified too. but maybe a straight oem replacement. thoughts? no price as of yet, just inquiring stage at present.

Hmmm.... I was gonna do something similar when I purchased this 11"x32" carbon fiber sheet which cost me $50. Eventhough it's only .015" thick with 3M adhesive, it was not flexible enough for the overlay and I think the adhesive could not take the high temp. This piece is best used on flat surfaces like your door pillars or dash. I'll find some use for it.

I take it that you are gonna use "real" carbon fiber like I have. If this small piece cost me $50, what would the price be for all covers?

Subscibed.

It sounds to me like he is getting new peices made, not overlays..

You can count me in, unless we are talking $200, then na...
