'06 LED Taillight Installation - Easy or Difficult?

Well I said I wasn't going to do any mods to my recently purchased black '06 SE but I just discovered through members pics that there are LED Taillights out there for the vehicle. I'm going to order them today and wanted to get feedback from people on here.

So...is it easy to take out the OEM taillights and put these in? Any crazy exhausting work I should be looking forward to? Or is it just pop the old ones out with minimal tools and plug the LED Tails in as replacements?

Thanks for everyone's feedback in advance....

It's pretty easy.. It's just you need to have patience.. If I can remember there's 3 screws holding the headlight and you gotta wedge it out of it's place.. Then you remove the plastic piece that sits on top of the oem tail lights and swap it over to the LED tails.. Reinstall and make sure the wires plug in properly, cause with mine they plug in both ways.. Just make sure black to black..

Not a hard mod, but be prepared to spend some time messing with the plugs to get the lights to work right. Also, you can order here:
