Is that the stock grill??

I'm not a big fan of it.

Also, you have to get rid of those mats. Sorry, my opinion.

Otherwise car looks nice. Clean and smooth.

Definitely get a Car Fax just in cash.

How much are they asking.

And I'm not sure about Mass, but I think you can nget more than $2700 for her in NJ.

to the OP trade in value is the least u can get for your car... just sell it, or part it out, with just the 5spd parts you can get close to your trade in value

i have no $$ to put down, unfortunatley. the trade in would be the down payment should they accept.

i agree, if i get it, the grille is the first and maybe even only mod. theyre asking 13,900, as it say in the title.

i think i might go for it. my car is in desperate need of expensive repairs and has over 122k on it (hence the low kbb value) and i just want something newer at this point. it will also cost me less per month to finance this new one than im paying for my 5th gen right now.

You should be able to talk them down a bit, I'd say to $11k.

I just bought an 04 G35 coupe with the same mileage for $12.5k, so I really think you should be paying less than me.

Good luck bro, like Nizmo said, if its the 6spd for 04, your good. But if its the 4spd auto, there's usually a problem with them. Definately test drive it and let us know if you are getting it or not.

Man that looks good. Stillen front lip and side skirtz, and the rear end looks like the Sarona kit without the middle holes. I like it. I think you should deffinitly get it. Ohh and even with a trade in, you can allway negotiate the price. They want your trade in because they can turn around and make a profit off of it. I would make sure you tell the guy you are going to go see about it that you want a carfax report ready for you when you get there. If they don't have a copy ready for you then for him to forget it. Simple as that. If they have it and there are issues on it and you feel comfortable just use that as leverage on price. Even if you can deal with an issue the car may have, you should still use that as leverage on price negotiation. I got my car for 23500 with 10k miles in 2004. Mint condition. I used the rear window parcel rattle, the rubber around the window, the pealing clearcoat on the grill, minor rust on the rotors, etc. I mean they had this listed for 29950. that's 6450 in saving. Ohh and I only had $2k as a down payment. They wanted my honda, but I refused to give it to them.

Looks like they put custom exhaust on it also. If you look closely at the rear end pics they have single oval exhaust tips. I think you should two tone those interior seats with the color of the car in the center. Would look hot. Ohh and it has an aftermarket alarm system. that's a plus. You should use that as a mark down on the price. Aftermarket alarm means they mess with the factory wiring and drilled through the firewall taking away the authenticity.

Yea, it looks like Stillen Exhaust. I like the Stillen front lip, not a fan of the VIP side skirt, and not sure what kind of rear bumper that is, but its not bad.

looks good and the lip kit is all done and painted for you, not badd. Definitely try and talk them down abit and get the car FOX, haha. They are asking that much because of the aftermarket mods. Good luck and congrats in advance if you get it

I don't know if it's just the pictures are low res, or shadowing, but I could swear that the rear bumper is a slight bit darker then the rest of the car. Most noted in this picture:

Defin1tely check that out in good light, and check all the add on parts, probably all shot the same, and with a slight mis match on the color. That's sure to help you with negotiation. All said and done, it probably looks fine without a repaint, but it's worth bringing it up during negotiations that you have considered it as necessary.

Just got back. the car is absolutely beautiful. clean head to toe, front to back, one owner, very well maintained. the only issue i had was that the stock airbox and intake was loose because it had been reinstalled after removing an aftermarket intake. stillen front lip, sorona skirts and rear bumper. i want it.

now i need to find out who wants my car. cuz the only way i can get it is by paying off the loan i have on the 00 im driving now, and starting a new loan with these guys. anyone interested? im gonna post a f/s thread.

anyone want it? http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...mt-w-mods.html
