Two 3rd Brake Lights - 1 Spoiler, & 1 Stock Custom

Is it possible to hook up the 07 spoiler to my spoilerless 04, & keep both the spoiler light on, & the stock one on at the same time? I wan't to do this so I don't have to purchase a cover, but mostly because I wan't to put a custom vinyl overlay from "VinzDecals.com" over my stock brake light. When I hit the brakes the spoiler light will come on, & the stock light will light up saying MAXIMA at same time. Saw a picture of this online just the stock light only. Car had no 07 spoiler.

The cover you can get from Ebay. And yes having both lights running is possible, although highly frowned upon.

Why? I'm doing a custom thats the reason for it. I have the extra light, so why not use it instead of throwing off to the side. Would NISSAN MAXIMA look better, or just MAXIMA. The 1st one would fill the light up better.

I had mine made custom. Made the design on the computer and went to the vinyl shop bought black vinyl piece big enough to make a couple covers. I took the third brake light out and the plastic/reflective red piece out and traced the size. Then measured the width and height for the computer design. Went on Microsoft word and picked my font. traced it on the vinyl. You can use carbon paper. once I had it on the vinyl I used an exacto knife to cut it out. then added it to the reflective piece. put it back in the car and presto.

Why wouldn't it work...?

Leave the stock one alone and tap into the taillight for the spoiler.

Funny thing is, most people who add aftermarket spoliers dont think to remove the stock fixture.

I'm installing a spoiler that I purchased on ebay. I was searching and searching for the 3rd tail light cover and couldnt find it. Come to find out I was just searching under the wrong name. The cover is called the "CHMSL Cover". Found various colors here: http://www.nissanvillageparts.com/sc...&sortField=sku

I removed mine too, thought it was overkill but I did just tap into the stock 3rd brake wire for the spoiler, it will work...
