whining sound, possible timing chain or tensioners?

Can someone provide the link to the discussion regarding this known problem? My max 07 is whining on when the car downshifts.

the service bulletin # 07042 ?
nhtsa number # 10022421 ?

I thought they resolved the timing chain issue on the 6.5 gens?

apparently not resolved as the www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov suggests on altima, frontier, max, pathfinder, quest, & xterra all the way to 07 models :-(
