center console help

In an attempt to fix my brake light, I'm wanting to check the e brake switch.

I can't figure out for the life of me how to get to it. I've got half the console torn apart, but can't figure out how to get the cup holder assembly out.

What is my next step?

It is screwed in from the bottom. You need to go into the back seat and remove the vent cover and remove screws on each side. It's a bit of a pain to get to but take your time and you'll figure it out, that's what I did...

Move the front seats forward. Grab the rear AC vent cover and pull on it to release the clips. After the vent cover is removed you will see there is a screw on both sides at the bottom close to the rails that the front seats move forward/backward on. But you still wont be able to completely remove the center console until you disconnect all the wires attached to it.
