Whose fault is this mine or shop?

After engine been install this is what happen right after engine install

1. When making left or right turn poping rack/pinion noise coming from steering column.

2. Whole left side axle got replace
3. After driver belt replace with new one later making whinning sound at idle startup n idk if I could hear while driving on the road. Could this be idle pulley noise?

About 1 n 2 should I take it back n get paid for what damage have they done to my car? What should I do if he disagree to pay for damage he done to my car then what can I do?

I paid $1,200 for labor if I paid that much he should install everything proper way. N
nothing this crap would have happen expect belt problem.

Remeber this is 2004 Nissan maxima motor with 600 miles on it.

Please help me people.

for the first issue. i have an 08 and it does the same sound i took it to the dealer and the changed my rack and pinion twice and it still does it. the dealer/manufacturer say that its a normal sound and not a big issue cuz while ur driving ur not moving the steering wheel left to right on a constant motion.

that didn't happen before I had car until they did motor install in my car. I know for sure that the problem while turning the car. I think dealer don't wanna fix your rack/pionion problem n that is not how car suppose to be drive.
Go test drive any 2004-2008 car n u will know why your car only do that but not other car.

Let me know what u come up with it.
