Suspension Making Noise

I am lowered on H&R springs. Over the past week or so the temp here in South FL has been around 40f to low 50's since then my front springs have been making a lot of noise "popping and grinding". Yesterday the Temp in the AM was ~45f but by late afternoon it was 75f and the noise was all gone. This morning it dropped back to 41f and wouldn’t you know the noise came back. The car has been lowered since July 09 with no problems and this is the first time it has gotten this cold since I lowered the car which never made any noises before. Has anyone else experienced this in the cold weather states?

Oh Yeah...do a search here and you'll see a lot of fixes and recommendations. Starting with your top plates and possibly cover your spring coils with clear rubber hose that you can buy at any hardware store.
