Your shop would do this in fiberglass or polyurethane?
Hopefully in polyurethane.. definitely has 2 be in polyurethane!!!

the cost involved in producing poly urethane products is expensive...i couldn't justify making a small production group buy with just 10 people...we'd probably need about 50 to make that happen.

I see.. that probably why the other lip failed... isnt the fiberglass material easy to crack tho?

fiberglass is not as weak as many people tend to think it is. it can take a TON of abuse as long as it's not too thin and is quality (and of course, these would be).

i have a lip on my daily driver that's fg and because i actually produce them, i tend to not be as careful as i should...i scrape numerous times DAILY with it and it just keeps going lol. (my car is ridiculously low, see pic below)

of course, it's not saying it won't break if you hit something really hard but it's not that fragile either.

It is but unlike the other one that was going to sit directly underneath the bumper, this one will wrap around the outside of the bumper. As long as people are careful with driveways and stuff like that it should be ok. I really hate fiberglass but in this case, it's ok.

Good point man the design of this lip will help with protection. I've seen many fiberglass lips and def. believe Cali- as long as it's quality it should be fine as long as you don't neglect it.

Im going with the Mugen lip it will flow better with the appearance of our 6.5. If the lip is only made in carbon fiber or fiber glass, i wouldnt want the lip to be too tall.

The Stillen lip is one of the hottest lips I have seen and reminds me of my 4th Gen Maxima Stillen Lip! My dad wishes Stillen made that type of lip for his 05 Maxima instead of the one they have out. Good look on the outcome for you 07-08 guys.

People want this lip but nothing is going to happen if people don't step up so we can get this thing going. If we don't get thi sthing going soon, Im just going to buy the lip and mod it myself. I don't like waiting. Plus I want to paint my bumper and I want to have the lip too.

Yes, this is the cleanest Altima I have ever seen. At first glance, I was wondering how you got your Max to look like that. Then I quickly realized it is an Altima. It is very clean, indeed!

It's just sad because I have someone that will make this happen quickly fo rus and good quality and only 5 people want this?? Well when you guys are ready, let me know and we go from there. I'll probably just get me a lip and just mod it myself.

2007 -2010 are the same exact Mirror for the Altima. Has anyone tried 2010 7th gen Maxima mirrors? Or even the JDM Nissan Teana mirrors?
