Coilover problem

Will I istalled bc racing coilover on my 2004 maxima. I'm getting rough ride while going on bump rd on hwy n city. Do I need to cut bumper stop in half?

I'm on 20" rim n I'm 2 1/2" lower. N I'm getting rough ride on hwy when's drving on bump. My shop did not cut bumper stop in half so should I tell them to cut in half?
