Fog light help....

Fog light help....

Can someone help me figure out what exactly I need to fix this:

rockauto have the fore 90 each n u can use a coupon code. Me i would look into an after market for maybe projector type, cause these stock ones give out too much of a scattered light imo.

I saw some cheap looking "halo" fogs that lit all different colors on ebay Those looked kinda cheezy. What other after market options are there?
