Looking for an exhaust for a conservative gentleman like myself. I have sifted through the forums and havent found any specific one to my liking.. Really dont want to hear it until I accelerate. Any ideas??

Check out the Greddy systems if you don't plan on ever installing headers.

The oem system has a few kinks or flat spots in the pipe which seems to restrict flow. I would say that if you replaced the y pipe and used the factory resonator and mufflers but changed the connecting pipe, you may achieve what you are looking for.

Get a CAI if you don't have one. That will do it. I hear my exhaust at all levels from starting to higher rpms where it blends with the CAI.

CAI only kicks in about 3800rpms and sounds great.

Long time lurked here, first post...

If you can find it, I think the NISMO setup would provide you with what you're looking for. Catback and/or CAI.

Agreed, Nismo sounds aggressive without sounding obviously aftermarket. Tips were also my concern. Didn't want anything sticking way out. Tasteful.

No bumble bee sound. No popping sound or farting sound.

+1. Or JUST change the mufflers. Nothing else.
