Changing dash lights?

I would like to make my speedometer and RPM gauge lights a bright hyper white instead of orange and was wondering if this is simply a light bulb change or if the orange is tinted into the plastic? anyone does this? if so, how hard is it to get to the light bulbs?

leds

so CleanMaxx, you are saying that it already had tiny leds? or that I need to get a lot of tiny leds? I am wondering how it is currenty set up. what makes it orange right now? orange bulbs? tint? I am guessing this isnt something i can just buy some led bulbs for and swatch them out for the current light bulbs.....

any "how to's" on here on how to remove the gauges to get to the bulbs?

That looks really cool. Beats the orange by far.

I always thought it would be a cool idea if all cars came with a choice of dash light colors (green, orange, blue and white which a four of the popular ones) that can be easily change by a switch. Then everyone could choose depending on what they like. I actually like the white LED look that someone posted earlier.
