Water/meth finally fully installed
Made the permanent finishes to the water/meth kit. Runs like a champ. Great response at higher rpms. Pulls are great in warmer weather also. Ill post some pics within the next couple of days.

honestly...I was lazy and had the nozzle in my cai pcv breather hose connection. I just got around to taking the pipe off and actually tapping it into my cai. Not a big deal...was just being lazy.haha. My earlier post was about water/meth in general..not the difference in performance from the changes I made. Sorry for the confusion.

hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...you guys are rediculous.haha. right now Im just running the 1 gallon blue -20 washer fluid (I think peak...about 33% meth by msds) and 3 bottles of heet...works great with no problems. I will pick up some stock of meth when I get a chance and make my own solution. I didnt wanna fork out the $70 somethin dollars for the premixed 4gallon stuff. I didnt mess with timing...Im gonna try and hit the track in about 2 weeks with all my nozzles and possibly bump up from the standard non retarded 75 shot. I should be able to run full timing with no det. up to at least the 125 range. I will definately post pics tomorrow. haha meth addicts

You can see my the nozzle connection under my cai pipe..has a 90 degree brass elbow. THe second pic it the pump with quick diconnects and the third is the tap into the washer fluid reservoir. I used the higher grade teflon paste and tape for the pump connections. Same for my zex fittings. No problems yet. Ill keep ya updated if I spring a leak.I didn't say I messed with timing. But there are many advantages to running water meth...especially boosted or spraying. But when not spraying I can definately feel a difference at higher rpms...felt like I was in 40degree weather when it was 80 outside. Im not gonna quote gains without dyno to prove...but the cooler temps, higher octane(lower det profile.), cleaner internals, slower combustion,...Very good mod for anybody..even if just n/a. I did a diy setup so the mod was cheap for me. Paid like $65 for the pump(shurflo 8000 series), got the 5gpm nozzle, tank connection, and tubing from a friend. THe only other things I bought were a couple of quick connects and brass fittings. Im glad I did it. And like I mentioned...there have been people running up to 250 shots without really messing with timing. Still laughin...

let me know if you guys have any more questions...I took a nice ride with a bunch of different pulls today..it was 80 something degrees out and I had my a/c blasting...the car wasnt even skipping a beat...it was pulling like it did with no a/c and in cooler weather.

I can already see my knock sensor pulling timing down low in 80-90* weather especially considering intake temperatures are around 95+. Dropping the intake temps on an N/A gives you some headroom WRT to ignition timing just like it does with boost/nitrous.
