Another Noise Thread

My 07 maxima seems to have a clunking sound when turning in speeds of 1-2 mph. I know this might seem common to be the struts, but i didn't find any information for the 6.5gen having this problem. At first i thought it was loose lug nuts but when i turn the steering wheel n let off the brakes slowly it clunks alittle. I'm not too sure on which is it is but i seem to hear it on both sides.

my questions:
Is my car still covered under warranty (35k) so i can take it into the dealer?
Are there any 6.5gens out there with this problem?
Or is it possibly be my axles that are popping out?LOL

Thanks

look underneath and check the CV boots are torn or not , if they are torn then you may see grease all over the axles shafts themselfs /toe arms

sounds like thats whats the sound , UNLESS you have recently added struts or lowering springs.

Nope none of the boots are torn and i have not added any suspension modes to the car except for the FSTB that i have checked for tightness.

Check endlinks, the OEM endlinks are known to have the ball joints freeze up. I had it too and I replaced with RacingLine and then to Moog, which is way beefier than the others.

Look in the warranty book. It could be, I just had some work done on the drive train (wheel bearing) and that part has 5 yr 60000 mi warranty to it.

well i read through the book, n it doesn't specifically say anything about the suspension parts. But i don't drive the 07 that much cause my 93 is my dd. I will check around this weekend. If nothing comes up i'll bring it to my mechanic first.
