EZKoncepts LED Tail Light Issue..
I have a 2008 Nissan Maxima SE.. I purchased a set of black LED tail lights from EZKoncepts.com about a year ago.. Loved them.. However, I noticed when I plugged them in that my brakes are where the signals are surpose to be and my signals are where my brakes are surpose to be.. I switched the plugs.. Now, my signals are correct but my brakes don't work.. I turn on my headlights and it cuts out the 2 circle lights.. So i switched it back and drove on them for about a year.. Decided I would purchase another set, thinking maybe it was a reversed LED board..? Same issue..? Very annoying.. Anyone else having the same issue..?

What you did when you had your signals working was correct, Sometimes the contacts dont meet properly, A few people had this issue as did I. I just unplugged and replugged it until it worked and tested everything. Made sure everything was functioning and then I used electrical tape on the connections to make sure they remain tight.
FYI: This is just a suggestion, It could be the board but this might be more likely since you said everything worked initially but just in the reverse order

I've noticed that I had to play with the connections a little.. But still wasn't getting them to work.. Could it be a difference between 6th gen and 6.5 gen..?

I don't know the title of that thread, but if I find it, I will post it. It is long, but if you read through it, I think there are quite some possible solutions. Also, email seller. He would help a great deal.

Well,I found it!. I am sorry to say you got a lot of reading to do. So, get you some pop corn and start reading through this thread. I am sure you will find some very useful information...
Seems like I cannot get link to work, can someone do it for me?
Or just go to the search bar and type in the title of the thread, which is LED tails installed!!! Lot of pics...

The only problem I had was the contacts lke they said I used a screw driver to bend the contacts out just enough and mine have been working for about 2 years no issues

Gollum67.. I understand you posted piks on how to plug them in.. Its more complicated than you think.. Don't get me wrong.. No disrespect.. Im pretty sure it isn't rocket science for plug and play.. If you were there with me, you would understand.. My final theory I believe is the contact points that a lot of org members has had problems with.. I haven't got a chance to tweek with it yet.. I will tomorrow and will update the people who has been curious..

I have an '07. My drivers side worked on the first plug in... the passengers side I had to mess around with the metal prongs moving them to the side a bit to get them to work correctly.

Conclusion:
Thanks to MAX2DAMAX for the thread..
Problem: abnormal blinking or only one brake light works.
Solution:
Basically what is going on is that the connector on the oem bulb is thicker that the connector the led tail lights, so all you have to do (make sure the car is off and you don't have the any lights on) is close the pins on the stock connector and spread apart the pins on the lights, look at the pics.
And once again, make sure you have the black cable line up with the white black cable on the car!!!
BEFORE
AFTER (MAKE SURE THE LEADS DON'T STAY TOUCHING EACH OTHER AFTER YOU OPEN THEM)

Glad you got it working. I had to play with mine on 2 seperate occasions...once during initial install, and once a couple of days later when they started acting up again. All has been fine since (looking to knock on wood )!
