First time at the Track

So yesterday i went to a 1/8 track for the first time

i have the crappiest tires

just got forced by some friends to go



my best for the night

1/8 mile speed =79mph
1/8 mile time =9.1
0-60 ft time =2.25

idk how this stands against other maximas lol

NWP block off plate
NWP IM spacers
Ralco Underdrive Pulley
Short Ram intake
Cat back Exhaust
Racingline y pipe
NGK 1 step colder
Ported Elbow


the 1/4 track was closed on sunday and it was my only day off

looking to get new tires and hit the 1/4 mile by next week

times sound decent for the mods done...def should have much better time with good tires. wonder what that comes out to in the 1/4?

a guy told me low 14's maybe high 13's

i can't wait to get drag radials

i did 2.2 spinning ...

plus ill be ready next time

everyone told me for the first time at the track a reaction of 0.7 - 0.6 is not bad

my guess would be 14.4 .5 @ 97-98

yezzir sure did

they had a circular drift track in the back that i drove on

felt pro lol

and now im obsessed

trying to get drag radials

idk lol the track ends and then they have an oval

which is pretty cool to drive on lol
