Need to remove the cover and install the new one.

Any tips/tricks/advice/how to's?

two jackstands work great up front, then remove front grill and all the plastic plugs, go under the front of the car and remove the plastic cover. Then 2 bolts on each side of the fender just aft of the headlights accessed from under and forward of the front wheel well. Takes me 15-20 minutes!
