Electrical Problems with windows??!? 04' SL

Hi, I'm new here to the forum, I just got a call from my wife saying that when she turns the car off the front windows (driver&pass) go down on their own??? She turned the car on and off like 8 times but still had the same problem, then she left it rest for a while and guess what! It was fixed, i guess? Anyone heard about this before?

It sounds like the module that allows the windows to go down on their own when you hold the keyfob. I would check and see if the keyfob unlock button is sticking or if the module has a problem. Keyfobs are cheap on easy to program.

If not, I just paid $200 for a front driver's side window motor, from an online source. I hope it's not the motor, because it's ridiculous... Sounds like a Keyfob issue, unless somehow the window motor was tampered with somehow(weather elements or bang).

Hi. Im new here and I joined actually because I have the same problem on my 03' Maxima. I even went as far as taking the batterys out of both key fobs. Still no luck, the windows keep going down. They stay up as long as you dont open either of the front doors, but as soon as you open either one the windows go down. So to keep it secure for tonight I had a family member in the car roll up the windows and I disconnected the battery. Problem solved for now until I have to take it in to get it fixed tomorrow. But has anyone had this problem before?
