C-Mod vs JDM Grill for my 05 Max

Guys, EBAY has a JDM grill that looks very similar to the standard C-Mod grill a lot of you guys have. As you know the C-Mod is about $140 shipped and the JDM look-a-like is about $96 bucks shipped. Has anyone bought one of these JDM grills? Wondering if I should pay the extra $40 bucks and get the C-Mod? Plus if I get the C-Mod I have been told it takes several weeks for it to arrive from China. Your thoughts?

I had posted the same question a few weeks ago. I think everyone agreed that the extra dough for the C-Mod was the way to go. Love your tail lights by the way.

What exactly are the differences though? My eye isn't as keen as others to see the differences between JDM and the C Mod.
