Ok....so I have an 05 Max and I do not want to change my front bumper, but...

I can't stand the lower grill on the 04-06 but don't have the funds to do an 07-08 front end upgrade. I have a C-Mod on order for the top grill, but what about the bottom? I am going to change out the mesh on the top one with gutter guard from Home Depot (after seeing the write up's). Has anyone done this with the lower grill or have you modified the lower grill in any way yet? Thanks.

The bottom grill is not removable, are you planning on cutting it out or just removing it? It also gets kinda tricky/weird as it wraps around to the cornering lights. I always thought the billet grills looked weird because they just stopped before the bend in the bumper.

I say go for it, pioneering new and creative mods is what we are all about!

I put a street scene mesh grill over the top of the lower grill when I had my oem bumper and it looked great.
