Help With Finding A Lip!
I am getting my car repainted so I thought I might as well just get a lip. I know they don't make any for the 07 08 maximas. So which lip would be less work to make fit? The accord mugen , the scion tc , or the altima sedan or coupe? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks

I beg to differ on that statement, ,
you can find this here,, ezkoncepts.com

eh, i think the lip makes the car look a bit to "busy" or ricey. maybe if you put a different lower skirting and a rear bumper to match, it would look better, but still a little too need for speedish. looks like your tryin too hard imo.
but whatev floats ur boat.

Yes i did search but didn't find any pics of the mugen installed, nor the Scion, and just now a realized that he's inquiring about 07-08 lips. I got 05 so that won't fit my ride either!

Mans telling the truth. He was actually the first 6.5 gen to put the scion lip on their ride. As the saying goes.....often imitated but never duplicated.

LOL, it's true though. The one being sold right now by DB is a just a copy of the one blazen custom fitted to his ride. There's nothing wrong with that but I gotta give credit where it's due. That's all I'm saying.

From what I heard (since I haven't installed a lip on my ride yet). You have to get it extended on both ends and have it molded onto the car. A good body shop should be able to get the work done and it's not gonna be cheap.

I would think so, since the Altima and Maxima are close in design (well the 07's and 08's). Might still take a little bit of work to get it to fit obviously but it should be easier than the tc and mugen since they are meant for a different brand of cars altogether.
One thing that I looked for that might be an issue is keeping the design of the lip intact because it's still probably got to be stretched a little bit and still keep the lines that it haves (how it flows from the fender into the lip itself). It's a good looking front bumper lip and it'll be a shame if it got discombobulated.

with money you can get anything fitted. look at all the civics with every front car conversion out there. if they can make a ferrari kit fit an mr2, then they can make a siimple lip fit the maxima. its all in the money.

if your car is lowered i wouldn't buy lip in the front
why? i don't wanna pay over $200 for the lip and break it off because of all those bumps and ugly streets in los angeles
if you live in nicer area then probably okay with it lol
well i used to love this lip that i found on ebay but i ended up not getting it and now i don't regret that
