door trim

door trim

ok so i finally got one door trim done and it looks awesome but one problem, the paint i use is very soft and scratches very easy, i got the paint from autozone my question is, do they sell like clear coat spray paint?

Yes, you can buy clear coat spray paint.

Does the door trim just pop off? I am wanting to get rid of all of the fake wood grain in my '07 SL. Wasn't sure how much of a pain it is to remove that stuff.

What brand paint did you use? How long did you let it dry? What brand of primer did you use?

It's recommended that you use only one brand when you do a paint job with aerosol cans due to the different "ingredients" that they use. If you mix brands than you get get mixed results.
