New member! But not new to cars..
hey there everyone, name's Jeff.
I don't really own (well I partially own) a Maxima but I got a 07 maxima SE a week or two ago with the girlfriend. I've been in the car scene most of my life so this is nothing new to me, however I do have to say these are very comfortable cars, and though CVT is something I'm not quite used to, the shiftless shifting throughout the gears when in D is unique.
Not real plans for this car since it's her car and all I know is tints are going on, hids are already installed, and other than that, nothing else will be done- however it's always nice to see some fellow Maximas on here that are being modified and enjoyed in their own ways by their respective owners.
I guess a little about me, since I wrote an intro thread, might as well introduce myself. I am 24, double major in school, I work as a marketing analyst for Coldwell Banker and I also run my own event planning company downtown in Chicago. Which obviously leads me to say where I/we are from. I'm not new to cars like I said, and I also own a bike, and I do photography on the side for fun, but my true passion is piano, 20 years playing and still going strong. I'm a pretty easy going guy so I hope to enjoy the time that I am here on the boards..
I'm also running on about three hours of sleep lately so I'll just let the pictures do the talking.

Welcome to the org man!!! Think it's great that you took the time to introduce yourself and your girl's ride. It's a good color and year.
Hope ya'll enjoy it for a while and I gotta agree with ya. It is hella comfortable. Anyways, if yall decide to do any further modifications to it than there is a plethora of information in this forum at your disposal.
Any pics of the ride with the HID's on?

Welcome -- talked to you a while back on Kawi forums
The 07 is a nice car so she'll enjoy it -- the CVT isnt too bad for daily driving (wont notice the shiftless feeling thing after driving it for a few weeks, it'll just feel like a smooth ride and you'll end up ignoring it)
I've had mine for 1.5 yrs and still enjoy driving it -- the only annoying thing for me is while driving in moving traffic where I constantly have to go above and below 20-25mph since theres a slight jerking feel from the CVT plus I drive mostly in the city so gas mileage sucks too

Welcome aboard bro, this is a mad house.....jk.....welcome to the forum, here you will find useful info and great ppl, someof them will make you mad some the will make you laugh, love this site, well enjoy you stay!!!!!!
I started on an r6 a few years ago, got rid of it, picked up a 600rr and a 250r, sold the 600rr, keep the 250r for the track and daily commutes, and am picking up either another 600rr or possibly a duc, we shall see. As I'm proposing to the gf within the year or so - that takes priority first before anything else. the zx6r is one heck of a fun bike, I rode quite a few back then.
