thats right, theres no need to paint a part on your car when it can't ever be seen. if your really concerned with it, you could crawl under your car and hit it from the other side, but i don't think many of us care to do it. use a garbage bag and some tape to mask it all off.

Uh, thats not a real clean job. He painted the rubber, the pad, the clips, all together. Thats a crap job if you want my point of view. Should have painted the whole rotor while at it.
What prep job did he do on the parts anyway, painted over grime and grease I guess.

like i said, you did a great job. The only thing i would have done was cover up the pads, and that will be fixed the second you replace them at your next brake job.

don't worry man, it looks good, and after your next brake job it will look better. kyrogen is just another dude in the handful of negative haten a$$ members we got here. they get kicks out of saying negative things to other members here. its sad, and pathetic, but your better than that. let them haters hate. when they spout off all this negativity to someone who really doesn't care, the only person who is effected by the negativity is themselves.

I also recommend high temp engine block paint.
The "brake" paint is way over priced and the block paint will hold up to higher temps

Did you prep those calipers before you sprayed them? If not, you might have issues with the paint coming off soon. Before you paint car metals, they need to be prepped properly. (I.E. cleaned off and de-greased) Just a friendly tip for future paint jobs.
You might want to break those pads loose soon. They're glued on via red paint. Breaking them loose now is easier then later when they have grime and brake dust on them. You also need to break free the cap covering the bleeder valve. (Might be sealed on from the paint)
And did I see you post about replacing everything? Like what exactly?? (Brake lines/rotors/rims) Here's a tip from me: Don't waste your money on dimpled/Cross drilled rotors. The holes actually take away surface area on the rotors, and can reduce brake torque increasing stopping distances. Stick with slotted rotors if anything. The slots keep the pad surface clean and prevents them from glazing. But seriously, your money is better spent on a quality brake pads and quality tires.
If you buy new rims, don't cheap out on the tires.
