suspension noise

Ok, I recently dropped my car on the eibach pro kit, and KYB gr2 struts and shocks. After putting on about 7,000 miles I have noticed that there is a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle whenever I hit bumps and especially when you hit a bump sideways, like when you hit right front tire then left tire, then right rear tire then left. Hope this makes sense. Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be. Thanks

I had a similar noise come from the front. Figured out the mounts were the prob. Had my tech guy install some new KYB mounts. Issue solved.

Not sure if this is the same on your end or not man since it's the rear.

rear endlinks.......? Is this a result from lowering my car or just a problem that was compounded by lowering the car..... what do the rear endlinks do?

Noise...

motor mounts. That engine has some major power, I just purchased a 2007 maxima from a lot here in town. They are replacing the motor mounts, I noticed the vibration on the test drive....

rear end links sounds like the most probable to me because it is coming from the rear of the vehicle. Does anyone else have any ideas what this noise is?

I have same problem and can't figure it out either. It is a thumping noise coming from rear when going over curb, especially sideways as you described. Replaced rear stab bar bushings AND endlinks, problem is still there. Could this be worn muffler mounts though?

I did shake mufflers back and forth, no noise. I gotta tell you though, you can push just that much by hand or even with your foot. When body rocks up and down or left to right while going over bump, it probably creates some movement along exhaust that can not be duplicated when car is sitting still.
