Changing front corner lights

Men, is it as big a pain in the neck changing the front cornering bulbs on an '04 as it appears to be to change the headlights? Trying to find a "how to" somewhere without any luck.

That's how I changed mine. Turned the wheel to the opposite way of the light I was changing and it was accessible.
