Well can you reach them? If not, the headlights will have to come out. It's really not that bad.

You gotta take the bumper off to get to it.

There's no way you can change that turn signal bulb without removing the bumper and headlight. You should look into the switchback LED bulbs and while you're at it you should get a pair of resistors for that hyper flash that you'll get if you don't. If you were ever thinking about upgrading the headlight buld this will be a good time to do so.

I changed mine from within the engine bay. Tight fit but doable. May have to remove some things like when doing the fog lights though.

Theres no need to remove the bumper. Esp if you have a CAI. The washer fluid neck unlocks with a twist and it clears quite a bit of room.

There are a few ways to get to the headlights without having to remove the bumper. But, honestly removing the bumper is one of the easier ways and only takes 10 minutes or so to do it.

Another way would be to go through the fender. Which can end up being a PITA.

I have resistors for the led tail lights. Do I still need another set if i want to install led bulbs for the front signal lights?

If it's switchbacks then you will have to install resistors in the front to prevent hyperflash. Also, if your going to change the bulbs anyways. Then it would be best to install the resistors while your at it.

Although, I remember that some have actually installed the resistors in the trunk and that has worked for them. The LED tail lights already have resistors built into them.

I believe 6 ohm resistors are need for each bulb. 3 ohm resistor on one end will work for all 4 bulbs. I already had 6 ohm for both rear, so just got another pair of 6 ohm for the front. Although I broke my LED strip before even installing and gave up...

Turn the wheels to the inside of whatever side you are working on, remove the inner fender panel, and voila, there is your headlight housing...piece of cake. Forget removing the bumper, etc, etc.
