Tune up Question

I'm thinking about going t0o the dealership for a tuneup and was wondering what does a Tuneup from the dealership consist of? I would do it myself but again I am just trying to see what it is exactly that the dealership does when bringing the car in for a tuneup.

Thanks

Spark plugs for sure..... Just call them and ask what they do and for how much.

If you still have the owners manual with it is a recommended service schedule

The dealership would give you a very long list of things to do. You decided what you need or want to change. List can include all of these...

Spark plugs
PCV valve
Head gasket
belts replaced
Transmission drain and fill
Coolant drain and fill
Brake fluid drain and fill

And maybe even more. You should be able to decide what you would want to do on your car. Dealership definitely wants you to pay for them to do EVERYTHING. Which includes a lot of things making your bill range from $450 to even $1000. So, prioritize what you want and do it yourself or take to the dealer.
