The only lip available for the 04-06 is the stillen lip. check stillen.com
You can't buy black headlights, you can paint them yourself.
((( did you mean rear lights ? )))

stick em in the oven to heat up the glue, take the front off and paint away. Might not like it so much though

No, you will love it. Painted mine black ( 07 ), love it. Also added 3mm leds to them... also did a simple circuit so the led's sequence on.

The headlight isn't as easy as it sounds. You have to have the right temperature, tools, and good memory for the reinstallation. There's a lot of videos on youtube showing you the steps, you might want to take a look at them

why wouldn't they like it? does it hurt night time visibility?

Depends on the color you paint them. Flat paint won't reflect the light as much. So, there might be a slight decrease in visibility.

Also, depending on how the paint job goes. That will effect if the person is actually satisfied with them but, you can always re-paint them if that happens.

Painting the headlight housings shouldn't have any affect on visibility, the projectors don't depend on the headlights for on-the-road output. The only thing I do wonder about is the bottom saw patterned "reflector", I'm thinking it might be to reflect a bit of light upwards, for signs and what not. Other than that though there shouldn't be any affect.

Because Hondas do that kind of stuff. Buy ned headlights if you want new ones plus heating up plastic in the oven is very iffy. Personally I wouldnt attempt it. Heat gun FTMFW
