no.........

Step 1: Google Silica gell, click shopping tab, select a good price (5-10 bucks)
Step 2: open box, get fishing line/thin string, tie (tightly) to the packets
Step3: slip the packets inside the housing
Step 4: tape the opening closed and leave car overnight
Step 5: remove tape, remove packets, condensation is fixed.
Step 6: no more comments and/or faces from KCMAXX

i'd start with the outside, that way the surface of the plastic will get hot and the evaporation process will start via conduction. Once the visible water spots have dissipated blow air into the housing to flush out the high humidity you just created.

be careful tho, hair dryers are very hot so every so often make sure the plastic is not getting too hot. If you cant hold your hand on the plastic for 3 seconds its too hot

I would still buy a 3 dollar silica packet to place in the housing as this will eliminate any left over moisture by 100%.

i have NO idea if this would work at all but get a zip lock and place a cup of uncooked rice in it, take a needle and poke a LOT of small holes in it, Place the bag and rice in the housing overnight. I know rice wicks up moisture but its not nearly as fast and effective as silica gel. Just a thought, it may be a home run, or you may rip the bag as you pull it out and get rice all over the place.

Or you could just throw rice at all the hondas out there...

Honda's demand rice, so give them rice, just dump a bunch of rice behind their 5" outlet cannons/mufflers.

You don't need to glue the rubber grommet. Think your problem is that you might have made the hole a bit too big (where you insert the HID into the housing). That will allow moisture into the headlight leading to condensation.

Since it's so hot over there. Just remove the harness and bulbs and let it sit in the sun for a few hours. When your finished. Put everything back together and use some clear silica and put it around the rubber grommet.

Just in case. Do that part inside and let it sit for a few days for the silica to cure before re-installing it on your ride.

Should be good for awhile after that.

If you didn't have condensation issues before and you didn't open your headlight then you don't have anything to worry about. On the other hand if you had a non HID and you drilled holes to run the HID bulbs then that's where you should focus on. If you have space as the members said you should use selicone to seal it from moisture getting in. Good luck
