blower motor resistor

I have an 04 Maxima. I'm trying to change out the blower motor resistor..I assume I have to get to it by removing the glove box. Anyoen know if this is correct? if so, whats the best way to take apart the glove box so i can get to it?

I have not looked at mine yet but the fan speed on mine is varying slightly on its own. What are you symptoms?

Thanks, but I already figured out how to remove the glove box. Unfortunately, after I found the exact location of the resistor, I realized that I really didnt need to remove the glovebox in the first place! Oh well, its all good!
