New memeber here

Whats up fellow max owners?

I just bought a 04 SL. It is missing a cover for one of the fuse boxes in the engine compartment and I noticed it was missing a relay/fuse. Im having a hard time trying to figure out what relay/fuse is missing.

The fuse box is the one located right next to the battery. Here is a picture of how it looks. Hopefully someone can tell me what Im missing.

Thats the DRL relay not used, only in Canada

You can get the cover at the dealership probably like 20 bucks I think

Should I try that with the car on or off? Im guess with it on(engine not running but on) so the electrical works.

All fuses check, Im ok in that department.

Im new to maximas and it looks to have a switch/button missing. How many switches are there on to be on the top console?

Theres the sunglesses compartment, two dome light & buttons, a switch thats slides up and down(tilt roof), and another button(open roof)???.

In between the 2 switches for the sunroof there is empty space where looks like a missing switch/button. Take a look below

Mines different, but I do have a switch where I can turn the dome lights on or have them turn on when the door opens or just off

Might just be missing that switch

The left slider is for the sunroof to open, slide to position for amount of sunroof you want opened. And the button to the right is the tilt. The middle is the switch for the the door lights as 06BlckMax said to set it to turning on when doors open or not.
