Car starts fine when cold but takes longer to start when warm

Car starts perfect when completely cold. If I drive to the store and come back out like 30 minutes later it cranks longer than usual.

The car idles slightly rough as well.
Car drives fine and has full power.

Any idea what this might be?

maybe it's cause you do too many burnouts! haha J/K sorry I don't have any thoughts...
