When I turn on my 2004 nissan maxima at first it makes strange loud whistling sound .. Anyone no way I'm tAlking bout? I think it might have to do wit my air conditioning but when I turn it off it still makes that sound.. If anyone can help, that would be great

 

2004-2006 Maximas have an extremly common problem with making noise at start, known to be the timing chain tensor. I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about since you said whistle.. tensor usually makes a tac tac tac noise.
Try to upload a video man, much helpful. turn off your AC to know if its coming from there. Make sure the AC compressor is NOT spinning while car is turned on, the outter ring spins but not the center when it's off
